All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Once your claim is validated, we will provide you a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
For Lost Packages:

Coverage of Expenses:
Claims that are determined to be an error on our part, including misprinted, damaged, or defective items, as well as lost packages, are covered entirely at our expense. No additional shipping or product costs will be charged to you in these situations.
Other Return Considerations:
Please note that due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We encourage customers to carefully review their order and the size guides provided before finalizing their purchase.
